The weather preview doesn’t show up.

The forecast appears from ten days before departure and needs an internet connection. For trips further out Pack Atelier shows a seasonal outlook. Also check that the destination was recognised as a place (Edit trip → Where).

How do two of us pack the same list?

Open the trip → trip menu (…) → “Share with partner” and send the invitation. Your partner also needs Pack Atelier and an Apple Account with iCloud. Once accepted, the trip appears for both of you; changes reach all devices within seconds.

My trips don’t appear on iPad or Mac.

All devices need to be signed in with the same Apple Account and allow iCloud for Pack Atelier: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps using iCloud → Pack Atelier. You can see the status in Pack Atelier under Atelier → iCloud.

How do I start the Live Activity?

In the trip, tap “Follow packing live”. If nothing appears, check Settings → Pack Atelier → Live Activities.

The widget shows no trip.

Open Pack Atelier once so the widget knows your next trip. The widget always shows the next upcoming trip.

Smart Packing is missing.

Smart Packing needs a device with Apple Intelligence turned on (Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri). Without it, Pack Atelier suggests items using its built-in packing rules.

Restore purchases

Atelier → “Restore purchases”. With Family Sharing the purchase is available to everyone in your family.

How do I delete my data?

Delete single trips from the trip menu. Deleting the app removes the data on that device. Remove the copy in your iCloud under Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Pack Atelier. We don’t store anything ourselves that we could delete.
